If you lost access to the email address you have registered on our account, please add Gatecoin LTD (email@example.com) on Skype and leave a video message of you holding your ID card, mentioning the current email you use on gatecoin.com and the new email you wish to use and confirming your request to change your email address. Once done we will be able to change your account within 1-2 business days.
