We suggest first contacting your email service provider to request a new password/re-access to that email.
If you were using a work email or address that you longer own/use or have access to for reasons other than losing your password then please send an email to [email protected] providing us with the following information:
- The original email address used to open your account
- Your UserID number
- Your ID document number from the document you submitted during the verification process
- The email address that you wish to use for your account moving forward
Once we have this information and have confirmed your identity we will then arrange a skype verification, where we will need to see your face next to the photographic ID we have on record for your account.
